These bowls are made with the slumping technique. I cut circles out of colored glass and put them on the molds. I only use molds that are made by me. The kiln heats the glass to 700 degrees. It becomes soft and takes the shape of the bowl and the texture of the mold. I first made them for Passover Seder, then it turned out they are great for honey, sauces, candles and jewelry storage.
